It is natural that smaller or bigger conflicts and debates appear in any work teams. In order to guarantee successful performance, timely management of disagreements and stresses within a group is a must. Should these situations be left unassisted, they drain increasingly more energy from working.
Conflict management
In everyday life we treat conflicts as "to be avoided" situations that cause problems or stress. During our training we put this term into another context. Conflict management does not promise elimination of conflicts, but presents techniques that make escalated conflicts manageable and turn them into a constructive direction. A conflict always includes the chance for change, and the diversity of aspects and opinions gives opportunity to innovative and driving aspects to be integrated into corporate thinking.
Training topic
Due distribution of work and structural hierarchy, an organization inherently has the chance for a number of conflicts. The participants of individual and organizational conflict management training take an insight into the role and nature of corporate conflicts. They learn individual conflict management techniques which can be used to cope with and manage disagreements deriving from behaviour at a workplace.
We use outdoor exercises to reveal conflicts. The joyful outdoor exercises are great assets to elevate participants to a stress level that involves them in the training process and simplifies the processing of this complex topic both at individual and organizational level.
