The success and effectiveness of managers is based on conscious efforts and mobilization of skills to adapt to changing conditions. The manager has the key to success of a team in terms of how the manager can diagnose a given situation and how the manager can adapt his/her behaviour to this.

The effective management is based on an approach that adapts to various situations and skills of subordinates.
Recognizing this fact, K. Blanchard developed the model of situation dependent management, where he suggests the application of four different managerial styles to control employees with different experiences and motivation. Our training helps participants to diagnose situations precisely, survey the skills and motivation of employees as well as select the most appropriate managerial style. During evaluation of exercises participants get instant feedback of their managerial strengths and areas to be developed.
During consecutive training exercises participants have the chance to develop managerial styles they do not use often in their everyday work. A carefully selected managerial style greatly enhances the motivation of employees and improves their capability to work independently.
