Outdoor stress management training

Our stress management program was established as a reply to need for adaptation to continuous change. Changed circumstances need new skills, stress management and coping with problems is a must for balanced life and good performance.

 

Outdoor exercises give opportunity to induce stress and learn techniques to cope with it. Exercises made under time and performance press give the chance to participants to deal with this problem through their own experience. Performed in the nature, these exercises exert much more impression on participants and enable them to feel the energizing power of the nature, as well.

Training topic

Participants can face their own chronic stress releasing mechanisms and the way how they treat challenging situations. They also experience the power of devotion to habits and can feel how hard it is to make changes. In first step of the two-day programme, we teach participants how to think of stress in a proactive way. Through outdoor exercises they can experience that elevated adrenaline level should not be treated with fear but as a challenge. Then we teach them relaxation techniques that they can use in their everyday working environment, as well.
